Recent Painting: Rivendell Knights and Iron Hills Swordsmen

Just some quick pictures of recently completed projects! First up are the beautiful Rivendell Knights. What a joy to paint. Maybe my favorite unit to paint so far!

I still need to add their shields, but figured I'd snap the picture before I glued them on and they cover up parts of the model.



Can't wait to get those Knights on the table.

Also took some pictures of some 3D printed Iron Hills. Honestly, these look much better in person- they do not photograph well at all.




They really don't shine that way in person- kinda weird. 

Along with Dan Steeltootsie, the Iron Hills force is growing!

500 point tournament report with Rivendell

I was really excited to play in a 500 point tournament over the weekend! It was the second of four connected tournaments in the "To War!" escalation series hosted at Your Hobby Place in Fredericksburg, VA.
